1. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability. Your order is considered accepted once we confirm it by email or ship the Products.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice. 3. Shipping and Delivery
We will ship Products to the address provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized or hazardous items.

4. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are subject to our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Returned Products must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging unless defective or damaged upon receipt. Certain items, including custom orders and special-sale Products, may not be eligible for return.

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of your Residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
